What is the difference between regular cleaning and deep cleaning?
Regular cleaning covers visible surfaces and floors. Deep cleaning is more detailed and includes areas such as grout, cabinet fronts, window tracks, fans and behind furniture. It usually takes longer and suits seasonal resets, pre-Eid cleaning and new homes.
How long does a cleaning visit take?
It depends on the size and condition of your property and the cleaning you choose. When you send your details we will give you an estimate of the time needed.
Can I book cleaning before Eid or before guests arrive?
Yes. Pre-Eid and pre-guest cleaning is very popular, so please message us early to secure your preferred date.

Is it safe to use my own cleaning products?
Yes, provided they are used as directed. Never mix bleach with vinegar, ammonia or acid-based cleaners, and tell us about delicate surfaces such as marble, natural stone or polished wood.
Can you clean apartments?
Yes. We clean apartments of all sizes, including balconies, kitchens, bathrooms and windows.
Do you clean villas and large houses?
Yes. Villas are planned around property size, rooms and floors so the right time and team are allocated.
Do you offer move-in and move-out cleaning?
Yes. We clean empty or newly handed-over homes, including inside cupboards, kitchens, bathrooms, windows and floors.
Can I book a kitchen-only or bathroom-only clean?
Yes. You can book individual rooms or the whole home.
